An Enneagram retreat for ministry leaders in Walt Disney World
A 3-day retreat
But we have. Ministry is good work, but it's hard work. Exhausting work. And in so many ways, our lives are not our own.
This is an invitation to return to yourself. To open yourself to wonder. To give yourself permission, at last, to play.
Come reclaim Neverland.

February 22–24, 2027

Those hours are mapped to the characteristics of effective clergy that annual conferences and ministry boards already look for.
Self Care
The retreat's central aim. You step away from performance and expectation to practice rest and play — and leave with a personal plan for keeping a healthier balance between self, family, and work.
Maturing Spirituality
A structured program of personal spiritual enrichment and renewal, co-led by a certified spiritual director. Enneagram work deepens self-examination and invites you to see your patterns honestly before God.
Integrity & Authenticity
You identify the core motivations and fears that drive your behavior — self-knowledge that helps you lead from your true self rather than from compulsion or role expectations.
Relational
Understanding your own type and the types of others equips you to listen more deeply and build healthier teams. Small-group work on Day 2 lets you observe type dynamics in real time.
Servant Leadership
Leaders who understand how different people are wired are better able to recognize, cultivate, and empower the varied gifts of those they serve.
Conflict Management
The Enneagram explains how each type behaves under stress and in conflict. You learn to recognize your own reactive patterns and respond in ways that lead to healthy resolution.
Pastoral Care
Insight into the nine types' motivations helps you meet congregants where they are and offer care that fits the person in front of them.
Inspirational & Motivational Skills
Knowing what motivates different personalities helps you encourage people in their life of faith in ways that actually connect.
Qualities like these are hard to build through information alone. Reclaiming Neverland pairs instruction with experiential practice and guided reflection, so you don't just learn about self-awareness and self care — you practice them. Certificates and a full course outline are available for your SPRC, council, or board. Email Brent if you need one in advance.

CERTIFIED SPIRITUAL DIRECTOR
Reverend Brent Levy is a United Methodist pastor and certified spiritual director. He has spent more than a decade walking alongside people in ministry — and he knows what you hold. He's also an unapologetic Disney Adult.

Certified Enneagram Coach
Reverend Kori Robins is an ordained United Methodist pastor, board-certified health and wellness coach, and certified Enneagram coach with more than a decade of experience. With 12 years of pastoral ministry, she brings theological grounding and playful permission-giving to this retreat.
Meals are not included in the retreat fee. We'll share some meals together, and you'll have freedom to explore dining on your own during the Magic Kingdom day. Travel to and from the retreat is also not included — but once you're here, all travel on Disney property (buses, monorails, and Skyliner) is complimentary.
For the immersion. Staying on property keeps you inside the world of the retreat — no commuting, no logistics, no driving. You can rest, play, and stay present from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave.
Travel to and from Walt Disney World. Meals and snacks. Any souvenirs (and we know how that goes).
Once your deposit is paid, Brent will handle the logistics — your resort room and park admission are booked for you as part of the retreat. He'll follow up with all the details closer to February, so there's nothing you need to arrange yourself.
Double occupancy means sharing a resort room with another participant, which lowers the remaining cost of room and park admission to approximately the $500–$800 per-person range. Single occupancy gives you your own room at the higher end of that range. Prices and availability are subject to change, and Brent is happy to walk you through options after your deposit.
If you've given your life to serving a congregation or ministry, you belong here — pastors, church staff, chaplains, ministry directors, denominational leaders, seminary students, spiritual directors. There's no title requirement; if ministry is your vocation, this retreat was built for you. Not sure if you fit? Email Brent — he'd love to hear from you.
Not at all. Exploring your type is part of the retreat itself — we'll guide you through it. Come curious, not certain.
Continuing Education Units (CEUs) are professional development credit for ministry leaders, awarded at ten contact hours per 1.0 CEU. Reclaiming Neverland provides 2.0 CEUs — 20 contact hours: 4 hours of instruction and reflection on Monday, 12 hours of park time together and reflection on Tuesday, and 4 hours of instruction and reflection on Wednesday. The curriculum is mapped to the characteristics of effective clergy — self care, maturing spirituality, integrity and authenticity, relational leadership, and servant leadership — along with vocational competencies in conflict management, pastoral care, and motivational skill. Certificates documenting course objectives and instructor credentials are provided for your committee or board, and a full course outline is available in advance if you need it to request continuing education funds. Just email Brent.
Life in ministry is unpredictable — we get it. Reach out to Brent as soon as possible and we'll work with you on refund or transfer options for your deposit.
